2、I am ?years old, born in province/Beijing, northeast/southeast/southwest of china, and I am currently a freshman(大一新生)/sophomore(大二学生)/junior(大三学生)/senior(大四学生) student at Capital Institute of Physical Education.

3、 My major is sports training of basketball/voellyball/football/badminton/pingbang/tennis/

4、I have lots of interest, such as singing, dancing, drawing and so on.

5、Besides, I have attended several sports meetings held in Beijing. I am also the volunteers of China Tennis Open, Chinese Badminton Masters . Through these I have a deeply understanding of my major?sports training.

6、In the past 1/2/3 years, I spend most of my time on study. I have passed CET3/4/6 and I have acquired basic knowledge of sports training both in theory and in practice.

You'll have a better chance of impressing the interviewer if you think about this question before the interview.

The first thing to realize is that the question, "Tell me about yourself," provides you with a great chance to promote your strong points. This is particularly important when applying for a job that is different from what you have done in the past. You need to show the interviewer that your previous jobs provide you with skills that can be used in the new job.

 WHAT TO TALK ABOUT 如何介绍?

Around this skeleton should be the meat of your answer; your less obvious, but important skills. Here are some of the skills that you might want to mention.

 Problem solver

 Creative thinker

 Accurate

 People person

 Team player 合群

 Organized

This doesn't mean that you just say, "I'm a great problem solver." Instead, explain how you used your problem-solving skills at your previous job.

 WHAT TO SAY

What you actually say, in terms of the words you use, is something that you have to decide. You need to create an answer that sounds natural and, at the same time, interesting. The way to determine whether your answer is natural is simply by writing a first draft of the answer and then read it out loud. When you do this, you'll probably spot things that you have to change.

Here are some final things to think about when answering the question "Tell me about yourself."

 Mention major awards or accomplishments that relate to your career;

 Promote your strengths, but do not mention any of your weaknesses;

 Try to be funny if you can, but don't force it;

 Summarize your career and education, but don't recite a list;

 Don't start with your date of birth;

Avoid information that is not career-related. The fact that you own a dog won't get you a job

 Always answer this question

 Try to sound natural

 Relax and enjoy yourself!

 自我介绍时应该记住“3P原则”:Positive(自信),Personal(个性),Pertinent(中肯)。

Would you please say something about yourself?(请你谈谈自己的情况好吗?) Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?(你想让我谈谈我个人的生活呢,还是与这份工作有关的问题?)

I think your unit needs a man like me.(我想,贵单位需要象我这样的'人才。) I’m qualified for the job because……(我能胜任这项工作,是因为……)

I explored Shanghai market and sold 50,000 sets in one year.(我开发了上海市场,一年销售出去5万套。)

I’d like to hear your opinion.(我很想听听你的意见。) So far as that is concerned, you must have understood my determination.(谈到这里,您一定已经明白我的决心。) What other responsibilities do you think this job will include?

  Self-Introduction

  Personal Statement

  There be I believe

1.Tell me about yourself.

I really love the feeling of running on the road and I take cars as my best friends.”

2.What are your three greatest strengths?

回答这个问题的时候不可以含混不清,不可以只是简单回答 “I’m really organized, punctual and get along well with others.” 比如要应聘金融行业,可是说 “I think my three strongest strengths are details-oriental, patient and cautious.” 但是如果应聘者是一个销售精英,可以说:“I think my strongest strengths are aggressive, hard working and communicative.”

3.What are your three greatest weaknesses?

I am a perfectionist and I pay very much attention to details. Sometimes I am quite captious.”

4.Why are you interested in working for our company?

因此不要以“It seemed like a good career move, ”或是 "I haven't been able to find anything else interesting.” 如果能有一些实际问题回答的话,就会更大的加分,建议应聘者可以这样: “I read an article in the newspaper and was very impressed by …”

5.Why did you leave your last job?

而且千万不要对现有或是过去的雇主或同事进行这样的评论:“I didn't agree with the company's direction.”“I got no recognition for my work.”“My boss was totally unreasonable. ”建议要从自身发展的角度出发来回答:“I love my last job and really learned a lot from it, but I need a new platform and bigger space to make my career successful.”

6.If we hire you, how long will you stay with us?

这个问题是要老板想知道你会不会像离开上一份工作那样很快的也离开这里,建议你可以这样回答:“As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities.

7.Tell me about a time when you felt very hard at your previous job.

8.Do you have any questions for me?

应聘者一定要提前准备很多有关这个公司具体情况的问题,最好能够涉及到他们业务上取得的成绩,比如说:“I learned that your company has seen tremendous growth in recent years. I’m keen to know how you made such a success.”
